Partnership in Service of the Mission
The clock is ticking for AI readiness, adoption, and capability overmatch. Artificial Intelligence has changed how wars are fought and deterred. Innovation is no longer measured in hardware years; it’s measured in coding weeks.
Plainly, the United States is in an AI arms race and our adversaries are moving fast. Building and deploying the latest jets, tanks, and rockets at scale is no longer enough to outpace the competition. The DoD and other governmental agencies must collaborate with industry to ship code for strategic and tactical advantage.
Robert Matney, Director of Public Sector Partnerships at Primer will unpack the mission at hand along with the path to maintaining a technological advantage across an increasingly asymmetric landscape. He will highlight the vulnerabilities, delve into the challenges of implementing AI in the defense sector, and offer insights on how the community can define its AI strategy while building trust among stakeholders. Matney will also provide concrete examples of how AI can be applied to solve military challenges such as asset tracking, mission planning, logistics, and budgeting.
